Terms of service

These terms cover the services of Meet Beatrice, run by Mothanna Abo Latif ("we"). By ordering a service you agree to them. Questions: hello@meetbeatrice.com.

What we provide

• Free store check: one product tested end to end, a readiness score and your top 3 blockers.
• Full report ($149): three shopping journeys (products you name, or your best sellers), the exact page and step for every blocker, a ranked fix guide and one re-test, delivered within 3 business days after payment.
• We fix it for you ($299): the full report plus fixes for three issues agreed in writing, done through Shopify collaborator access or ready-to-paste code, followed by a re-test.

Scope and access

We confirm the scope by email before you pay. We never ask for your store password. For fixes we work only on the agreed items, and we recommend you duplicate your theme before we start. Anything outside the agreed scope needs a new quote.

Payment and refunds

Prices are in US dollars and paid by PayPal. If we can't deliver the full report within 3 business days of confirmation, or you're not happy with it, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. For fix work, if an agreed fix can't be completed we refund that part.

No guarantees about AI systems

AI assistants, search engines and shopping agents are run by third parties and change often. Our reports describe what we observed on public pages at a point in time. We don't guarantee rankings, recommendations, traffic or sales. Names such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Shopify belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Your content

Your reports are yours to use. We may use anonymized findings, with no store names, in our own statistics and sample reports.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you ordered applies to that order.
