Meet Beatrice ("we") is run by Mothanna Abo Latif. This page explains what we collect and why. Questions: hello@meetbeatrice.com.

What we collect

• Public store pages. To test a store we read pages anyone can see. We don't log in, buy anything or enter personal data into your store.
• Business contact details. For outreach we use business contact emails that stores publish on their own websites (for example a Contact page).
• What you send us. Your name, email, store URL and anything you write when you contact us or order.
• Instant checks. Store addresses entered in the instant check are cached for up to 24 hours, and requests are rate-limited by IP address for 1 hour to prevent abuse.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

• To test stores and prepare reports.
• To reply to you and deliver what you ordered.
• To send a small number of business emails about our service. You can opt out anytime, see below.

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (website and email forwarding), Resend (sending email), PayPal (payments) and AI tools that run the tests and help draft reports. Each processes data only to provide its service.

Opting out and your choices

Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" to any email, or write to hello@meetbeatrice.com, and we'll stop within 10 business days and keep your address only on a do-not-contact list. You can ask us to access or delete information we hold about you at the same address.

How long we keep it

Reports and emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need them for accounting.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
